Matters to Address...

So there's no getting around it... 'Will, of the Lord'... really... who does this guy think he is?!... Three options exist: 1. I'm an idiot and don't know what I'm doing (likely the case) 2. I'm a presumptuous, self-righteous, and/or cynical jerk, 3. I came up with a fairly clever title incorporating my name and might have something interesting to say about the topic(s) I plan on broaching: I'll let you, the reader determine which option you feel best fits me and my writing style.

Ok, glad that's been addressed. I'm sure in time, folks will 're-wonder' why the blog is titled as it is, and I assuredly will explain myself in a way that is blatantly sarcastic and potentially misleading...

Anyway, I wanted to start collecting my thoughts (on paper/or digitally as it is) on topics to do with the church and more specifically the extension of the church that I've become, am becoming, and will become more familiar with: Music in Worship. I'm sure that other facets of the Church, Christianity, faith in general, etc., will come up in my thought processes/what I write, but I will do my best to focus my thoughts on perceptions, ideas, and commentary I come across regarding Music within the context of Worship.

I hope to post once a week (more if led...) and I hope to better understand God's calling in my life as I strive to articulate my experiences worshiping and serving.

You will soon discover I'm a big context person and regularly 'over-preface' things, so needless to say, I hope you feel informed about my intentions.
